Before you spend the cash for side exhaust make sure it will work with subframe connectors. Most of them won't.

there is a TSB on a ticking steering rack. do a search on it and you should find it. my Mach did the same thing at about 8000 miles. the dealer fixed it free of charge.

Went to radiators.com and got a name brand radiator for my f250 delivered to my house in 2hours 20minutes for a really good price. Might try that.
