Talk about Low mile Mach's - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I was in my hometown the other day and a 04 CompOrange Mach 1 was cruisin around. we met up later that day and went through the general BS. Aparently he has owned this car for the better part of 5 years and has put 6,000 miles on it since his ownership and 0 miles in the last 16 months! He said he "just didnt drive it"

The car had 20K on her within the first year before he owned it but I thought shyt, 6,000 miles. Made me feel horrible...I put 10-15K on mine a year.

That makes sense I don't put many miles at all on my GT. I bought it with 9,800 miles on it in 2006. I put about 2,500 miles on per year.

By only using it once in a while it makes it all the more fun to drive when I do use it. It is one of my "outs" in life

I am the original owner of a 2003 Zinc Yellow and have 144,400 miles on it, it is a car......

Bought our Mach in Sep. 2003 new. It is only used for recreational driving and car events, has a little over 7200 miles.

The first six months I owned the Mach my other Mustang was closed for renovations (heads, cam, intake, ect) and I put 9,000 miles on it. Since then I have had 1-3 more cars to drive and I have only put 10,000 miles on it.

My Dad and I bought both of ours with almost identical 2,200 miles on them.

I now have 14,256 or something [in sig] and his has... 2,300. lol.

Bought my CO Mach in Sept 08 with 1,900 miles. Now it has 4,300 miles.....can't stay out of it

I bet I haven't put but 500 miles a year on my GT since it got retired from daily driving. I'm averaging about 400 a month on my vette, it is a little more fun to drive than a stock GT. I will say when I do get the GT out I drive the hell out of it, I'm hoping it will break so I will have an excuse to start tearing it down for a big block conversion.

104k hard miles and it is still ticking lol, maybe I should put the nitrous back on it and see how long it lasts.

I love driving my Mach1, I love showing it off, and now that I see the values of these cars dropping faster than a Kia, I find myself saying " F..k it " Might as well drive it while it losing its value.

I was planning on trying to keep miles low but I love driving it so I really dont care, its a car its meant to be driven and its fun as hell! I think ive put almost 5k on mine since I bought it like 4 months ago, about to hit 30k!
