How to remove oxidized paint?

No its not my Mach! I have a toyota camry for my beater car. Just curious what you guys have tried that actually works.

2 methods: Rotary and the System One Polish kit. This single product uses a combo wool/foam Edge 2000 pad. Use wool to remove oxidation, then flip the pad on the adapter and use the foam to polish. Even works in the sun. I use it constantly on the ceramic clear coats on newer BMW's.

Second method is Meguiar's Color X and a pc with a foam cutting pad. Great product for older cars. Follow Color X with Meguiar's #83, then wax.
