question about 2006 mustang tsb

I recently took my girlfriends 2006 gt to the dealership
because she said it was impossible to get into reverse
without a lot of force or manipulating the clutch pedal

The dealership says this is a characteristic of the transmission
and cannot be fixed. i know ford released a tsb on the 3650
for this problem, i am wondering if that means the know its
a problem and will fix it, or does tsb just say we know
it happens it just a characteristic?

I know our Machs have the same tranny and mine has only done
this once or twice not to the extent of the gt though
