Selling the Mach

Well guys im listing my mach 1 in autotrader tommorow while we wait for the under writers from the isurance company to approve the cars. what should i go to, or other options for ~30k maybe more depending on what it is

2001-2004 Corvette Z06

2002 BMW M3 SMG

2002 Mercedes C32 AMG

when the car sells i will look for my new car. i hope the insurance approves, i am kinda worried about the vette bc im 19 but i will know soon!

Re: Selling the Mach

good luck with that, hate to hear that you are selling the mach. I too would go for the zo6, very fast and good looking in stock trim. disadvantage is the fact of only a two seater. All three of the cars you mentioned are completely different, so go with the one that you feel you will most likely enjoy the most.

Re: Selling the Mach

i think the Z06 is the all out sports car, the C32 AMG is the "practical" 4 door automatic sedan. but the M3 is the perfect in between, lots of fun to drive with alot of power and the option of a auto for the traffic to and from school. but a real SMG to have fun with. however i think im with yall and would still get the Z06 and i dont need to carry more than just the girl friend. everytime i take other people out i take the Range Rover anyways. now its time to find a Job, because i wouldnt feel right to just be handed a car like this. i love the Mach and will miss it. one day i hope to add a 69 mach 1 to the garage

Re: Selling the Mach

Go for the first choice the z06. This was probably your first choice as well as I see you put the vette first. Seeing that I own 2 corvettes I would choose the vette cause they are fast and are always an eye catcher. I still miss my mach and all the good times I had with her. I also miss all the people that I met at the car shows who owned machs as well. Good luck with your choice and let us know what ya get. April The Vettelady.

defently parting the car out. i know for sure the wheels and tires, JLT RAI, MGW, Intake Spacer, and all that will be coming off. i think im leaving the cat back and springs since i cut the stock exhaust and sold my rear springs.

I like the 03-04 cobra and im still considering one, my Parents cant see the reasing in selling a "rarer" mach 1 to get a Cobra, or another mustang.

73mach sorry to hear yours is having to be sold also, best of luck. are you keeping your 73?

Re: Selling the Mach

Wanna trade springs for spacer? Then you can sell your springs.

Good luck with your decision. Im not gonna tell ya which one to go with. They all seem like bad asz cars, it's just up to what you like.

it would take more time to swap the springs out then they are worth, and most likely the spacer will go on the Saleen. thanks for the offer though

Re: Selling the Mach

The Z06 is loud and harsh. It's a Chevy with poor build quality but has big HP.

I'll say this one more time, my 03', Z06 was one of the worst cars I've owned.

Just test drive one. There is nothing sweeter sounding than the push rod, 405HP LS6 coming to life when you start a Z06 up. After that it is all disappointment.
