anyone using royal purple ?????
i use mobil one but want to use royal purple oil .. what do you guys use the reg. 5w-20 or the racing 11 stuff.. also anyone using lucas oil stablizer??? yes,no,why,why not, i was thinking of starting to use it but i wasnt sure .. thanks mike

Don't get the Royal Purple racing stuff, it's not API/ILSAC certified (if you care about your warranty).

running the racing11 for well over a year with out issue. only real change i notice over the moble one is it cost more and is harder to get.

Using RP 5w-20 in the engine also use RP in the trans, diff and radiator.

thnaks guys but what do you all think about the lucas oil stablizer yes, no??? just not sure if i want to start using it...my friend uses it every oil change and swear by it but his is a 99' so many more miles than mine ...

Use RP in the rear-end with friction modifier, Mobile 1 everywhere else.
