I have never been much for the smoked taillights. Look kinda cheezy to me. A lot of people like them and I seem to be in the minority, I just never did like it.

But why ask our opinion, your car, your money. Heck, I have had people tell me they didn't like my black fuel door but its still there!!

Smoked out looks good on some colors, I would say it doesnt look too bad. It can go either way as far as iam concern. If i had to side with a color for DSG, I would probably stay red, just because its a traditional color of the brake lenses and they shine up better at night time. Alot of help iam eh?

Personally I've always like black best... My old Camaro Z28 was black

When I got my Mach there were only 2 colors left White & Yellow

I got the white one

I like the red w/DSG, for me more pics won't make any difference. Smoked lights just don't look that good to me. Good luck.

i do like the looks of them but...
i almost rearended someone one day that had them.
it was sunny and he put the brakes on and could hardly see the lights.
i knew then that i would never use them.

with my hood painted black I went with tinted taillights so it came together ok ...with your color I like the red.

that and the whole reason its illegal is its harder for some drivers to see your brake lights... it found effing blow to get rearended just to look cool, ya know?

I dont know i am sure i could be but a cop was behind me for like 5 minutes the other day and although i turned on my lights in the day time to show some red, i didnt get pulled over and i just dont know if he cared so if i do get pulled over i still get the stockers

You may want to read this. It's about a guy that got pulled over for a tail light violation in Shasta County. If you don't read it, I'll understand because it's got lots of big words!

I especially like the part where he's stripped and thrown in the rubber room with urine soaked floor and a hole for a toilet. I'm staying with the legal tail lights!
