I always liked how people in power spoke to the world in simple, yet powerful words, especially around the WW2 era. Simple words or phrases that will always stick with you.

I won't type it here, but the small, yet impacting speech Gen. Eisenhower gave the soldiers before the D-Day landings was moving to say the least.
