Who out there has their tongue pierced?

I emailed a company about custom making me a "mach 1" logo tongue barbell. This is the email I got back..

"send me the logo, if we can sell it then we will make it in large qty."

My first question is..who on the board would buy this? It's not a group buy or anything (as of now anyway)...I'm just curious.

Second, do they mean "if we can sell it" as in, find customers who will purchase these or an issue with ford licensing? I can't even say for sure if the guy even knows it's a ford logo.

I don't think they meant a group buy, but if you ask them how many they would need to make to make it worth their wild you may be able to get enough people to contribute. I may even get a few for novelties sake, even though I don't have my tongue pierced. I am too chicken, I will stick to tattoos. Love your tat & Car BTW!!!! :THUMBSUP:

I don't think they meant a group buy either. They haven't given me #'s yet. This has all happened just this morning. I emailed them the logo a few minutes ago. I'll post when I hear something.

Hmmm, sounds interresting. Although I no longer have mine pierced, I have thought about getting it done again. Would be a kewl item just to have I would think.

I have 5 tats so far & though some parts got more "aggitating " than others, they never hurt. I am actually considering getting a mustang or Mach tat... I think I have fallen over the deep end.

Hehe, I was 29 when I got mine done. So, no UR not too old.. I was in Australia when I got it done, so I told the wife over the phone LOL..

I don't remember it hurting much at all. Just felt like some pressure and then wham, I see the needle sticking up infront of my nose hehe... It was pretty quick. My friend was there watching and by his reaction, I think it hurt him more to watch than for me to get it. After a day or so, it hurt a bit but not bad, mainly on the bottom where the gland thingy is cause of a bit of swelling.

My 27yo daughter has her tounge pierced...., so maybe I'd get two.

That is true, but I do not see any piercings in my future. I love tats though, I would do sleeves if I could, just not sure how the boss, the misses & my WALLET would like them. :LAUGH:

Back to the topic though, I would still be interested in a few if they do make them. Cool idea BTW.

And for the record, tattoos HURT!!!!! Maybe it's the spot where mine is, but I've borne 2 children and I still say they friggin' hurt!!
