Rental/Loaner Car? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

When the car is under warranty, you are entitled to a rental/loaner vehicle free of charge, correct? Our Mach has 800 miles, and will be going to the dealership for the tick and driver's door being hung incorrectly and grinding the paint down the metal

I just figured that the customer should not have to pay for a rental car because Ford produces a shoddy product.

Have any of you had to get a rental car while getting warranty work done?

a "loaner" vehicle is not a included in the base 3/36 warranty period, But most dealer provide some type of loaner/rental vehicle at the dealers expense for customers who purchase from them, check with the Service Mgr. or General Mgr. of the dealership, good luck.

Just ask for a courtesy car. I have gotten one everytime I've ask for one. I recently took my GT w/17k miles for warranty work and I got one.
