No start problems.

I just finished my battery relocation and the power cable first goes to the starter and then over to the fuse box.
I had it started and running.
Had to lower the Kmember to remove the driver valve cover due to a tapping noise. Soon as i reinstalled it, raised the K back up and reconnected all connections.
Now the problem is that when i turn key on, I get all lights like normal, then turn key to start and i get nothing. Lights go out like normal when you start the car. Even traded batteries to see if mine was bad, same outcome. Brand new High torque started installed now.

Anyone have this problem and or have any thoughts of a area i should check.
Oh yea, ive checked all fueses so thats out also.
