Re: Help!!!! Pulled wrong fuse
Try this to see if it corrects it.
1. Disconnect battery, leave it disconnected for 5 minutes so every capacitor drains off 2. Reinstall 30 amp fuse, make sure you did not damage the fuse first by testing it with a meter. 3. Re-connect battery and try to start. What was the 30 Amp fuse for? Also, why were you pulling a fuse while the car was running? Were you trying to debug something?

OK.. i'll admit it... it was really stupid to pull the fuse while the car was running... i've been trying to do with this traction control (ABS) light for a few days.... somebody said pull the fuse to the abs... so thats what i was trying to do. I pulled the 30amp and the car shut off. So i put it back in and tried to start and everything was dead. So i immediately disconnected the battery... And came straight in and posted o0n this site.. I was getting ready to go to work so i thought i could get an answer while i was at work. But i went back out 15 min later after posting my problem on here and reconnected the battery and it started back!! THANK GOD!!! i thought i was going to need to have it towed to the dealership.... Thanks for the quick reply. Can you imaging what i would have felt like being stuck here for 12 hours at work not knowing if i screwed my car up??? Thanks again.... |
