As of a week ago, my stock subframe connectors barely 'glide' pulling in/out of my driveway. Hoping and praying my new 18's with a slightly taller tire take care of it haha.

i love low cars, and IMO the lower the better. BUT, this guy is 1/2" from parting out his car just trying to leave home lol

Haha...I just did a quick YouTube search for it (since it's not available on mobile) and I could feel my IQ drop point-by-point with every passing few seconds.

If it was that hard to get out of driveway, then how the heck does he pull into ANY parking lots?
He needs air ride so he could at least get around.:screwy:

Re: how hard is it to back out of your driveway??

That guy must be a former C-130 loadmaster with all that approach shoring already made up. I wonder if he has it labeled, like "A", "B", and "C" shoring kits, like on the airplane?

As far as backing out of the driveway ....... well my wife has hit the mailbox twice and one time backed over the garden hose in the driveway, had it flip over the rear axle and hang up. She then drove 7 miles to the airbase and the gate guard said, "Ma'am, there's something dragging behind your car, if you pull over I'll check it out". She did, and he crawled underneath and unwrapped the 50-foot garden hose, re-rolled it and put it in the trunk for her. When she got home I noticed the hose connection was still on the yard facet and the 50-foot of hose in her trunk was ground flat on one side. She's a great gal, just don't get behind her when she's backing. Her present vehicle has the backup assist that beep when you get within 3-feet of something.

Don't quite understand the need to mod so extreme, that the vehicle can't be reasonably driven...

What's the point of having a car if you can't drive it anywhere?

Re: how hard is it to back out of your driveway??

thats just retarded and also with the way his rims are in the front makes it even look more retarded with them going inward, also that was one thing when i was going to buy my house i would not have a driveway up to my house that i couldn't get into the mach with any probs, just would have been frustating and a waste of time, that was the number thing i looked at when i looked at the house, if the drive way was going to forsure be a problem i didn't even look at the rest of the house.

also now that i went from H&R supersports to Eibach pro kit now i'll consider doing the steeda front splitter. with the H&R it sat to low to where it would have for sure gotten hit, i found a amazing deal on a 00 cobra R front that just needed repainted, i ended up gettin to test fit it and with the H&R springs it sat so low and ended up selling it.

which ever that isn't my problem i have to deal with, sucks hard for that guy

Re: how hard is it to back out of your driveway??

I've been over to this one guy I work with's house. He's got the worst driveway I've ever seen. The driveway goes up not quite at a 45 degree angle for about 20ft. then levels off horizontal for about 5ft., and in that small level area is a 1 1/2ft.X 1 1/2ft. barred gutter that drains down about 6ft., then the driveway goes back up to not quite a 45 degree angle for about 10 more feet. I would have never even looked at the house after just looking at the driveway. The house and backyard is nice, but to me that driveway would kill it for me.

Funny you say that cause just the other day I hit a tire tread with my Grand Prix and put a crack in the bumper right by the foglight. And it's not lowered either.
