Proud new Mach 1 owner in Central Cal

Hey everyone!

Just last Friday I signed all the paperwork and drive home in my excellent condition 2004 Mach 1

Back in May I sold my fist car, a 2007 Torch Red V6 that I invested thousands in and made it truly one of a kind. I sold it private party and bought a Bullitt from private party...Big mistake

After the Bullitt costing me an arm and a leg each month for repairs, I knew something was wrong and found out it was involved in 3 accidents and regularly failed smog in CA (I bet it would pass everywhere else though >.>) so I decided it was best to cut my loses and pick up a new car. Heck it never drove straight after several alignments, had no ABS, mismatched paint, vibrations everywhere, rough acceleration blah blah blah

There was a local dealer with a black 2004 Mach 1 with 39,xxx miles on it that used to be driven by the manager as a promotional car. Once I saw it and drove it I knew I wanted it. The Mach 1 was the car that made me become a mustang loyalist, and I can say I own my favorite car ever built. As soon as im finished paying her off, the real fin begins

Re: Proud new Mach 1 owner in Central Cal

Thanks everyone!

I can't wait to start putting some small things on such as mid pipe and intake (even though I have that ever so convenient 3-point strut tower bracer), but I think the tuner will be the fist among all. All thats been done by the previous owner was a cut and clamp x pipe and a magnaflow exhaust that I cannot recognize. (dark finish and maybe half the size of any magnaflow mufflers Ive seen)

I must say that coming from a black Bullitt, im not too wild on the black compared to the shadow gray or comp. orange

It seems like its never clean enough haha
