Guilty pleasures

What are your guilty pleasures that people are surprised about?

I'm a metal head. I love heavy metal, very heavy, I love dubstep as well. A lot of people are very surprised that I enjoy classical music very much.

Like Bach, Mozart, Antonio Vivaldo, etc.

I also enjoy opera. Andrea Bocelli is stunning

I was just enjoying some Slayer (Mandatory Suicide) wondering what the people at church would think about me now.

Re: Guilty pleasures

I've seen both sides of the fence in my life, so my decision on weed is from experience. My dad was 71 and smoked it because of all the pain he had from being an athlete and outdoorsman all his life. It was'nt the high, it was the pain relief. I know tons of people at work who are sober as a judge and are WORTHLESS. So why do I only call in sick once a year and cram 10 hours work into 8 hours each day? Hmmmmmmm. Don't get me started on driving. I guaranteee you, your all driving right next to someone who is high, and their driving far better than the sober driver. Not trying to get this thread closed, but I just had to get that off my chest. Too many one sided thinkers.

I add a little diesel fuel and some dawn dish detergent to my roundup, kills those nasty weeds fast.

Re: Guilty pleasures

jasionox666x, I am the same way. I love heavy music, but I also like country and some rap. I am also an accomplished chess and pool player, people are surprised by that for some reason.

Check out the band Dry Kill Logic. I have all of their albums and I love almost every single song. I doubt you will be dissapointed.

Chess is a great game. I've known very few people who can play it. I use to have one of those chess computer games. That game was impossible to beat, so I would have to sacrifice one of the computer's chess pieces in order to have a chance to win. Losing sucks.

Now you're talking!! I love a Cohiba!! The red dots are nice but the Cuban Cohibas are even better. I purchased a box when I was in the DR a couple years ago. I had the pleasure of firing one up at Carlisle this year. Now I'm down to only two Cubans left. Love that Cuban cigar buzz!!

It really is a complete waste of taxpayer dollars and police resources to prosecute those who enjoy the company of Mary Jane from time to time. Just got de-criminalized in Chicago. Hopefully that frees up at least some police resources to try and prevent some of the rampant gang violence plaguing the city.
