So here are the Updates.

The car is up and running and about 95% complete. But that is no fault of Kurgan's. They are waiting on me at this point. Anyway, The car sounds amazing and I cant wait to drive it again.

So, about Two weeks ago I filed a small claims case against the Original Building. I feel like I have tried everything I can to come to some kind of agreement with him. And it has come down to me doing this.

SO here is where it gets interesting.
TODAY 6/15/11, I received a letter from Judge Joe Brown. Basically stating that he wants to be the Judge over my case. I am contacting his people (lol) tomorrow and finding out all the details.

But i wanted to get all of yall's opinion on this. Your thoughts are welcome......
