Quicker Steering

Love the Mach 1 but coming from my M3 the car feels heavy, and the steering is slow.

Anyway to speed it up? The quickest ratio power rack I can find is 15:1.. But I think that's what we have stock no? It's getting to the point where I want to go back to my BMW

Comparing the two is absurd. If "like a bimmer" is what you are looking for, then you mind as well ditch the Mach and just go back to the bimmer then.

The Mach is about pure, raw, American muscle....there is no luxury and refinement in American muscle, just pure a$$ kicking power!!

on a side note, I suggest replacing your steering shaft with a Borgeson steering shaft...tightens the steering up more than I could ever describe and make the car a pleasure to drive aggressively in corners.
I everything about the car, except what seems like the delay in steering... I'll have to check out the shaft, thanks!!

Lol going from almost a grand for struts/shocks, and more than 1500 for bushings makes an all inclusive kit for 5 grand something to look towards

They go for about $350.00. you can find them at places like Summit Racing and a few others. From what I've read the MM rack is the same but cheaper... True?

Was there an increase in NVH?

Re: Quicker Steering

Tires are also a big factor that is why i went with 18in rims and a lower tire profile and that made a big difference.
