Road tar remover
this is some stubborn crap... so i got the mach monday and its been cold in maryland all week, so i got a chance to clean her today and i discovered road tar grr... what works the best to remove this? thanks guys

goof off worked for me pretty well.. but make sure you do this in a well ventilated place cause that crap smells

1 more for WD-40
I've tried many different bug & tar removers over the years til i used WD-40. It cleans the tar off faster and with less elbow grease than anything else I've tried.

I also use 100% Pure Cotton round pads from Wally World and spray the WD-40 on the pad. This way you can control the amount and the area on the paint. Finish with a good coat of wax. The wax will help remove the last traces of tar.
