Re: EGR Valve Delete
No issues, just make sure you turn it off in the tune. Ive had it deleted since I did eaton swap and have had zero issues. car runs perfect. Couldnt tell you any mileage issues but most have reported with zero loss or maybe 1mpg. I dunno because I cant keep my foot out of it LOL

Re: EGR Valve Delete
No issues but no gain either.
Leave it alone.

Re: EGR Valve Delete
i had a problem with mine leaking under boost, i cut a piece of aluminum out and put it in between the valve and the intake. works great and no leaks.
leaking would be the only reason to get rid of it IMO

Re: EGR Valve Delete
I got rid of mine because the egr tube wouldnt line up with the manifold after i put my MAC LT headers on. It doesnt hurt performance at all and it helps your gas mileage when you are cruising. Its closed at idle and WOT so acceleration wont be hurt and it will keep your combustion temps down at cruise. Def. keep it if you can, and if you have inspection you really dont have a choice anyway.
