I currently just put my new motor in the car 322 stroker stage 2 compcams and vortech si trim upgrade 22psi i'm in the process of trying to prime the oil by turning over the motor without fuel but i can't get anything from my starter I have juice going to the starter verified by multimeter all my dome instrument lights come on my fuel pumps are working had battery recharged checked fuses any ideas

Is the Chassis well grounded?
