BEST TUNER in the Midwest?
So here shortly i'm going to be in the need of a tuner. i live just south of Kansas city missouri, and at this point it seems that there are no tuners in the KCMO KCKS area that are worth a ****. so i've pretty much come to the fact that im going to need to trailer my 3.4l whipple mach to a tuner thats worth a ****. i would be willing to go as far north as minnesota, or as far south as texas. but i want to keep the drive to no further than 13-14 hours away. I'm looking for a e-85 tune @ 25#'s of boost. so does any one have any sugestions?
I hear there is a guy by the name of ed wright in oklahoma. thats pretty good? but i'm looking for any and all suggestions.

Re: BEST TUNER in the Midwest?
Check out Andy Wicks at Dyno Tune USA in watertown SD. I know he has done a lot of things with E85 tunes and conversions, and has been featured in at least one artcle in 5.0. You should definitely check him out I hear a lot of good things about him on local forums (Minneapolis area).
He will be tuning my car when I am ready. http://www.dynotuneusa.com/ http://www.mustang50magazine.com/tec...eage_test.html

Re: BEST TUNER in the Midwest?
How about Anderson Ford in Clinton, Illinois, they tuned my bolt on mach for me when I drove it home. They make the famous "anderson power pipe"
Danny has been tuning street and race cars for like 12-13 years

Re: BEST TUNER in the Midwest?
I have my Mach with Lidio at Alternative as I type this. He is installing the 4.10 and a custom dyno tune. I will let you know how it turns out later this week. I have herad nothing but good things about this shop and it seems to be known across the county as one of the premier Ford performance shops.
