So I just bought all the Godfather movies and everything Al Pacino has played in!!

LMFAO! Seriously I am so stoked my friend and her husband just asked me to be their only kids Godfather! She also mentioned that if anything ever happened to them I get their daughter, lol. Serious, she said they want me to raise her and no one else in their family. Honored to say the least! I need the interwebsss to see what being one means... LoL. Any one else a Godfather? -Shane

Thanks! I'm Military so it will be difficult to build any sort of relationship but I will try. Fact of the matter is her mother and I go back a long ways and I am the only one out of friends and family she trust to raise her daughter had both of them passed away. In that aspect I agree but wish she had someone that would be around to be able to build the relationship she deserves.

I'm from Crestview BTW...graduated in 92 and been gone in the Military ever since. -Shane

Congrats, hopefully you will never have to replace her Parents. We have been Godparents for over 28 years, he is now married and has children of his own. What was really cool about this is our daughter was his parents Godchild. It say's alot about the way they feel about you.

Thanks, I hope this turns out as yours did as well. Always wanted a little girl, but not this way. I would gladly fill the responsibilty though.
