New Clutch

Ya mine is GONE and the shop wants 900 for parts and install. If im going to pay that much I want something better. What are your suggestions?

900? Yikes thats ridiculous just to install new clutch. Zoom clutches are really good and if you are stock but plan on adding more power later then they can take the power too depending on the clutch you get.

Keep looking for sure though...

To give you an example I have a guy here that is gonna install my new t-56 6 speed tranny(alot more work than just a clutch) for $175 bucks. (I already bought the tranny and parts, im just paying him labor)

that is why when mine goes i am going to do the install, that still seems high though.

i'm getting a clutch and install for 500, luckly i found a really good guy to go to. what clutch are you wanting and i can see what he can get you one for?

I recommend the 03-04 cobra clutch kit. It'll take a fair amount of abuse and is pretty cheap. Labor should be only 350-400 for a clutch install.
