AFR of 15.0 ?
I just got done hooking up my wideband and a C&L. I'm getting a 15.0 afr. Does this sound right with the C&L, o/r h-pipe and borla stingers? This is also with the stock tune but with the rear o2 sensors off of course. I will be taking it to get dyno tuned when I'm done with my N2O install. Just wondering if this afr sounds right and if it will be safe to drive to the dyno. Should I bump up the fuel and if so how much. I'm using a Predator.

Re: AFR of 15.0 ?
yup c&l should never be installed without a a/f reading to see how the car reacts to it
is this a WOT a/f?

if 15.0 is at idle or first hit of WOT...then I could see it. But if this is WOT @ 2500rpm+, then that is not good, and I wouldnt' wait for your nitrous kit....OR stay below half throttle.

Re: AFR of 15.0 ?
I left the guage on the default settings...0-5v. Is there more calibrating that needs to be done? I should have been more specific...15.0 at idle. It spikes harsh when I thrump on it and then kicks back down to 14.6-15.0. The mach is still up on jack stand and will be for a while. I just wanted to ensure that the guage was working. Another thing that I'm not too sure about is the placement of the sensor. It's installed right in the "H" of the pipe. Thought maybe I could get both banks with this position. I don't think that that should be a problem unless I had an exhaust leak which I don't. So should I throw some fuel at it? The next time it will be driven is to the dyno. Any other comments would be appreciated.

Re: AFR of 15.0 ?
So why would the position of the sensor mess things up? On the mac pipe there is even a place that looked to be made just for that bung. Just trying to understand

Re: AFR of 15.0 ?
it might be just me, but the H in the pipe would seam to act like a scavange. put it in the direct flow of the exhaust.
and yes, i agree, at idle it will read high. but under WOT it should go down, as posted above.
