Kooks are the best. Period. Great fit. Nice quality.
Get the offroad. Mo power. Get the catted. Legal. Your choice there.... Call them to order is your best bet. Dave |

Re: Kook's LT's and X pipe?? fitment??
I would say as a DD person myself get the cated x-pipe to keep the noise to something you can live with; otherwise to each their own remember you said it will be your daily driver. I have the Kooks 1 5/8" x 2 1/2" connected to catted 2 1/2" catted x-pipe, connected to Borla Stinger catbacks. It sounds like open around 3000 and up anyway. Maybe you have to decide how ell you like your neighbors. I leave between 6 and 7am most mornings so it could cause somke bad neighbor relations.

Your going to love the sound of them at WOT. Just take your time on the install, the passenger side is the worst because of the starter, unless you have an aftermarket K member. When you put it together most people leave the top starter bolt out.

Re: Kook's LT's and X pipe?? fitment??
I guess it depends if you want to do the extra work on the K install, I hear it's worth doing. Hey machuban.. my brother lived in El Segundo for quite a while, he's now in Hawthorne somewhere.
Good luck on the install, rjw |

Re: Kook's LT's and X pipe?? fitment??
the difference in hp between the cats and no cats is defiantly noticeable. I dropped a half second off my quarter mile when I dropped my cats.

Re: Kook's LT's and X pipe?? fitment??
I have Kooks there the best, but Ive not match my best times with the kooks only been 12.50@110 vs the 12.47@112 with the manifolds, I love the sound, its loud as hell, I maybe should have kept the manifolds and saved up for the procharger
