Slicks, What size?

I'm currently running 26.0x11.5-17 MT ET Streets and getting 1.8-1.9 60 fts.

I'm looking to go to slicks, but don't know what size rim, backspacing and tire size and brand to run.

I want something that will bolt directly up without any grinding of brake parts, or that require different lugs.

Can anyone help me out here

Re: Slicks, What size?

You are already running the best street slick out there now IMO. You can certainly get more out of those tires in terms of et reduction. I pull consistent 1.6's with that same tire on my car, and I have even hit 1.5's twice.

Your 60's are not likley to improve from those numbers until your get a higher stall converter.

I have a 3200 stall and this is on an unprepped airfield...that's slicker than the street...I was running Nitto DR's last year and it was like running on street tires
