03 engine swap Bolt ons, auto tranny: 317rwhp

I put 03 Mach 1 engine in my 98 Roush gt automatic. Bolt ons listed below and a dyno tune and put 317 hp and 335 tq to the wheels. I wasn't expecting an auto tranny to put down those numbers, but I'm not complaining!

Mods. Converted to coil packs (MSD), 9mm FRPP plug wires, converted to return style fuel system, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, 90mm Pro M MAF, AFM Power pipe; Ford Racing shorty headers, BBK off road x pipe, magnaflow side exit exhaust, 3:73 gears, SCT tune.

Sounds just like mine. What bolt-ons are you using, rear end gear, etc? Did you mod your fuel line for the return system or just buy an aftermarket fuel rail? Are you converting to coil packs, or doing it the hard way?

Mods i'm running BBK LT's, BBK O/R H, Magnapack C/B, JLT RAI and SCT tune.

Running 4.10's w/ 18" FR500 wheels

I did mod the fuel system for the return style w/ regulator and a 255lph pump

I kept the COP's but used the stock harness and computer.

I'm getting it tuned today...so I'll post some #'s when i get back.

Just checked your post, looks great! I really like the look of that fuel rail as opposed to my homemade job. How much was your rail?

Your numbers might be a little lower than mine because of the 4:10s. They tend to lower the numbers slightly, but I'm sure it more than makes up for it at the track! Is that tune of 91 or 93 octane? Mine is 93, a couple degrees of timing can also make a big difference. How's it run?

Thanks man.......the fuel rails were like $365. I not sure it it was tuned for 91 or 93. It runs great no hiccups or problems what so ever, runs as smooth as a stock.

Yeah I think the 4.10's and 18"s and the fact that the motor has less than 50 miles on it shows the lower #'s.

How many miles were on yours when you tuned it?

It had 14K when I tuned it the first time. I got 305/335. Tuned again 4 months later after changing nothing but the mufflers (went from Flowmasters to Magnaflows) and picked up 12 hp.
