Rear bumper Mustang inserts
Got the Stainless mirror finished inserts the other day from ssinserts.com... OHMYGOD what a difference.. it just adds a really cool bit of class to the *** if you know what i mean.. i just didnt see the basic black worthy of the car.. Plus everyone has those it seems.. go to SSINSERTS.COM to see some samples or try my attached file of my car.

They look great. Wonder how they would look on a DSG? I wonder if someone will make a satin aluminum set soon. Think the SS on a DSG might be a little much. |

It's kinda funny how people's views are different about style. My Mach came with the black vinyl inserts, and I took them off as soon as I could. I believe the plain bumper looks best. As they say...different strokes....

OK JIM H. i think these would look great on any Dark Colored car especially black.. My wife has a black Aviator and the more chrome stuff you spank on it the better it looks! The DSG color would probably benifit from "shiny" mirror type chrome as well..
Big Red, Looks great! the Yellow looks awesome with any black add-ons, always has and always will.. I call it the "bumble bee effect" and your inserts prove the point! You should not add Chrome to a yellow car.. Black is always king there.. The SS just wouldnt look right. The Red, White and Blue i think is where it becomes a "tossup".. Can almost go either way.. Black inserts kinda match the spoiler back there so thats a plus.. However if you buy the triple chrome plated MACH 1 License plate frames the SS inserts match those and the Chrome exhaust tips and the MACh 1 emblem too.. Ive already got the Triple Plate Frames on order now (for over a month) so i just kept up the trend i suppose.. However the car is just so dam cool and doing such a good job pushing me thru my mid-life crises it really doesnt matter at this point!!

I went with the grey inserts on white. It gives it a shadow effect, not so IN YOUR FACE look.It also seems to get lighter or darker,as the lighting changes. Looks nice in person.....

I just installed the black vinyl ones I got from Barry. They practically jumped out of my hands and installed themselves. So with the billit interior knobs, and this, I feel confident enough to do the hood decal trim with the "281" all by my lonesome..Should have that on in a few days.
The matt black vinyl looks great on the Red by the way..
