I just wanted to be sure you are aware of the scams. The main one is where they accidentally send too much money, with a bogus but very legit looking check. Then they want you to send them the difference. Then they disappear.

I spoke with the guy yesterday. Everything should go smoothly and I'm very convident now of the transaction.
