My friend is looking for a 03 cobra (blue) he can buy one for 31750 in michigan but would like something closer to oklahoma (texas) (missouri) (kansas) let me know asap

If he can buy one for $31,750 he had better have his plane ticket in hand! I am assuming you are talking about a used one however. The market for used ones is in the 30-32K range here. He is not going to get a new one for that unless he is a Ford employee!
