I finally bought some new wheels

After months of trying to figure what would look good, I decided to get some Chrome Bullitts.

I know alot of people have black bullitts ,but I had a jeep with black wheels and I swore to myself that I would never get black wheels again with a polished lip.

Although they do look good.

I purchased an odd combo

17 x 9
18 x 10

I have seen this combo before but we will see what it looks like.

I finally pulled the trigger on these wheels because I just bought a brand new pair of 295/35/18 for $119 each at tirerack.com

couldn't pass up this offer.

It'll be interesting to see how the odd sizes look on the car. I'm thinking it will give it an unbalanced appearance, but I hope I'm wrong.

It should be fine from a rolling diameter if you get the right tire sizes. I think some of the 90's model vettes ran that setup, or maybe it was the Acura NSX. It looked nice on it imo.

redwolfstang, Snap a pic with the chrome bullitts on the orange mach when you get them. I am seriously contimplating whether to get the 18x9 chrome bullitts or the 18x9 black bullitts. I am leaning towards the black bullitts, but I would like to see how chrome would look.

CDC did the 17x8 fronts and 18x9.5 rears with their red Mach1 using Wheel Vintiques Magnum 500's, see this link http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...ve/mach_1.html. I think it would look killer!

Re: I finally bought some new wheels

I just removed the Black Deep Dish, Bullitt Wheels, from my car, and put the Factory wheels back on... I have the 10.5, and 9.0 set-up. The rears have Drag Radials, and the fronts have Nittos... I'm gonna hang onto them for at least a little while, before I "decide what to do with them.."
