New from North Carolina!
New guy from North Carolina. Just bought my first car which happens to be a OW 2003 Mach 1. Had 22,000 miles on the clock when I purchased her. I've already done a few mods, which include:
Black Saleens Sony touch screen radio Flowmaster 40's UPR o/r x pipe SCT 3015 handheld. Plenty more mods in the future. Hope to meet and learn a lot from you guys! |

Re: New from North Carolina!
Thanks guys! Thinking about 4.10's and maybe lowering springs, CC plates, Shocks and Struts next. Would you say this is necessary before forced induction?

Re: New from North Carolina!
no, could put the blower on and go for "kill" right off the bat and add the other stuff later (especially the gears, may or may not want that much gear with the blower depending on what your goal is)
assuming the shocks/struts arent blown out already of course

Lol, neither. A&T. Was the closest place to get a Mechanical Engineering degree. Yeah mine hasn't been outside for a couple weeks unfortunately. Should be nice this coming week though!

Re: New from North Carolina!
@notagt traction is harder to come by as you go up in gear. so your gear is only as useful as your tires and suspension setup will allow.

Re: New from North Carolina!
Welcome to the M1R. Wow, just over 22,000. Just breaking in mileage. Our two colors are completely opposite, and also the mileage. Ours is Black and almost 100,000 miles. Hope you really enjoy it. Since you live in NC, maybe we'll see you in Concord for the 50th. We'll be in the M.O.R.E parking just outside the entrance to the track. Again welcome.
