2003 dsg, 8k miles, wash dc area $18.5 k
Title says it really , reluctant but selling a completely stock and unmarked garage queen. usual stuff - looked long and hard to find this unmolested example, it has never been used in bad weather, no uv damage, always garage kept, and body is literally unmarked, highly polished, interior as new, engine bay and underneath extremely clean. One proper former owner , collector , then I purchased it from an individual (garage owner) who realised it was too good to use(?). Once I got it, well I felt the same but could keep it as a third vehicle. Now facing a country relocation its sadly time to sell, asking the $18,500 as a very keen price to move it, for an almost perfect ( not - only becuase it has 8k on it - it therefore isnt!) DSG mach. About as new as it gets...... Advertised now on autotrader. Must be gone by early 2014.....Genuinely want this to go to an enthusiats home ..... Anyone wants an ealry shot for it please pm me.... P.s completely stock, unless you count a k&n filter ! Have original window sale sticker, heritage certificat two keys yada yada ...... All the right answers...lol!

unfortunately you're gonna have to find someone looking for what you have and not just someone looking for a mustang. I dunno what the car books for but in that price range a good number of mustang guys are gonna be looking for a terminator, not a Mach.

I think your price is very fair but like was said above; this car is only going to bring the $$ for the person looking for a collectible low mile semi-rare mustang. An average joe with 18k in his pocket looking for a mustang is most likely going to pick up a terminator or 3V S197. I would just say be patient and spread the word and get some ads up someone will definitely pay what you are asking. I paid 12,500 (including dealer fee and TT&T) In FL with 80k on it.

Well thanks for the advice guys, know time of year is pants, had two enquiries from private buyers but think they were just bored as they got into multiple email exchanges rather than make th effort to view.......
Well looks like it will be coming into europe with me next year, unless i get any positive bites..  dropped price to enquirers to $18k before viewing ....

In November 2009 I paid $16,500 for mine with 9,000 miles and Bassani X pipe with Borla catback and other extras/

Oops sorry for slow replies been travelling a lot before xmas , then xmas, then lots of parties with late mornings, hic, anyhow answer is.....
5spd Manual, going to UK, not the autobahns unfortunately.... just chanced ad on washington dc CL thursday 3rd with new underside and interior pix.... Got a few enquiries now, but have had a couple bored time waster types, a work colleague with high interest but awaiting a financial settlement, and overseas interest..... Still think i will be takin this beauty back to uk myself though.....at @$8+ a gallon! Worked out all th necessary lighting mods required. Also exporting a motorcycle, but thats a no brainer, no LHD/RHD to worry about, only a Couple of minor mods.... But all hassle! |
