We made the magic # of 20 (if spike281 get's 3, so thank him)
I am doing this on the side so I appreciate yall's patience. I am off tomorrow and I am going by the shop to iron out all of the details. If this # is official, I will open up payment information. I should have exact cost tomorrow.

i might be down for another one. my dad has a Mach, and a few years ago i bought him the cert from Ford, which he has in his garage. I'm sure he would appreciate one of these.

1. "Mach 1 Certificates of Authenticity" will be available to REGISTERED Mach 1 Owners In the Owners List. Your NAME MUST be on the owners list, (Which Ford Has a copy of) and we will send updates once a month, so if you are NEW, it might take a little while get listed and updated with FORD. PLEASE BE PATIENT. The Certs are $38.50 for members, $42 for non-members. (Perk for being a member). 1-800-FORD-788 Make sure you on the Owners List First!!! http://www.mach1registry.com/owners Check the database listing.

I would rather not have the # of built in (color) and here is why. An ID tag under the hood hood should appear to have been applied during the manufacturing of that car. They would not have the # of built in so-so color untill after the total run. It gives the appearance of it being added later rather than looking "authentic".

It's cool to know the born date of your Mach 1!!!!! You just missed it's 10th birthday. Mine with be 10 years old on 10/15 this year.

UPDATE:

I just back from the shop. They ARE METAL (super thin metal) badges, brushed aluminum finsih with adhesive backing. The size is roughly 6"x2.5" It will fill in that spot under your hood prop perfectly. He is rounding the corners of the plate to match the car. The mock up is currently being made so I can have something to show yall! Should have in a week!

Price is set at $20 shipped.
