Borla Xs pro muffler
I have an off road h pipe with the borla stinger mufflers setup. I love the sound but its a little loud. I am thinking of buying the Xs mufflers and having them welded in.
Anyone have any thoughts. I cant take the drone anymore at 2000 rpm that i get with the stingers.

Re: Borla Xs pro muffler
I have Borla ProXS mufflers and they are a little louder than factory, but not obnoxious. At the moment I also have stock converters but will be installing Magnaflow X-pipe with high-flow cats and I imagine it will be a little louder.
I was surprised that the mufflers are as loud as they are after seeing some dB tests. The reason I went this route is they are stainless not aluminized, price I got them for and flow and dB test. I also bought an SRS cat-back (T-304) I just didn't use their mufflers or tips---and also got the kit for a great price. Some like it loud, but being a daily driver I didn't want to go down the same route I did with my LX. Just my $.02!

Re: Borla Xs pro muffler
I am happy, with them! I went through Stingers, Flowmasters, MACs, Magnaflows (packs and chambered) , and now Borla PROXS. Oh I have Bassani X with high flow cats.
I am going to turn downs with them next.
