Belt Help!!
looking to buy a new belt for my d1-sc procharger
the one that came with the kit has one spot wear its kinda worn through. very weird. well, my question is, is there any sort of upgraded/stronger belt i can buy? |

I used this kit, a little pricey but you will never have another problem with belt slip again.

If running a reasonable amount of boost (mines @ 10lbs) I run a Goodyear Gatorback an no issues

Well I run more boost than you guys currently 15lbs. The smaller pulley I use has less wrap around so it has a tendency to slip easier. My 6 rib would go through a belt around every 6 mos at 10lbs with this set up there is no slip at all and the belt seems to be wearing a lot better. You can also try a thumper tensioner on your six rib. It will help save the belt.

hey guys, so, im still having a little trouble sourcing this belt.
i called procharger and they said the belt is: ka-60198 the blower pulley says "3.90" on the backside. can anyone help me find the exact belt i need to purchase. (either a stock replacement, or the goodyear gatorback version) sorry im helpless. |

Yep, it works with a stock crank and 4" blower pulley
Amazon has awesome prices on belts sometimes too
