5.4 DOHC
Built shortblock mahler flat tops, Manley h beams With arp 2000 rod bolts, forged crank, h bearings, all arp hardware. Navigator heads cleaned up and gone through with Sean hyland dual race valve springs and retainers with 03/04 Cobra Cams
Sullivan Intake single blade accufab
Electric water pump
Sfi balancer
New tensioner and idler pulley
All brand new sensors and timing equipment
Moroso 7 qt aluminum pan
All covers powdercoated red, black (timing cover)
Fluidyne Radiator
SPAL electric fan

Brakes

Phils abs delete block
Aerospace engineering manual booster
New rotors and pads all the way around with painted red calipers

Suspension

Qa1 tubular k member
Eibach drag springs
QA1 adjustables in front
Qa1 adjustables out back
Full length sub frame connectors
UPR pro series suspension (double adjustables) with anti roll bar
No sway bars

Steering

Flaming River Manual Rack with Manual Steering Shaft

Matte Black Bullitts 315/35/17s out back

PA supercomp C4
Sfi bell and flex
TCI pro x converter flashes at 4000 on the brake
Aluminum driveshaft with safety loop

Where are you going to put the alternator?

Its a 2003 GT SOHC Alternator mounted and wired in stock location.

Ohh.... I guess that's different than a 02 sohc?

The reason I ask is we are doing a custom intake for a 02 gt with twin turbos and the customer wanted to come out the front but alternator is all in the way. Think we are going to end up moving it down about 1"

yep its smaller. or do an 03/04 cobra alternator and move it to the side.

question tho. Your just goin with the factory 03/04 cobra cams? Y not stick with the navigator cams?? or get some cutsom grinds?

On a 4.6 placing a 1" spacer TB to clear a Mach alternator.

Navigator cams are exactly the same as 03/04 cobras and the reason to not go with custom grinds is because honestly after the build has taken me 3+ years and Im over 25k into it I simply don't have anymore cash.

The problem with Navi-03/04 cams in a 5.4 is that they will peak very, very early. They are mild in a 4.6 and even more so in a 5.4.

Can't wait to be on your level man. This build is completely nuts. Will you daily drive it or is it just a toy? What power level are you aiming for? I'm assuming no less than 700HP. Hope everything works out man:beer:

Will have new pics posted within the week.Its going to be just a toy, weekend warrior type car. We're hoping for 800+ on the setup. The trans is the weakpoint right now.

Everything (intake, hot side etc, turbo) is completely coated black. Turbo is coated, intake. All the cold side is gloss black, couplers black etc. Its going to be amazing onces complete. Custom stuff takes awhile. I will keep you all posted as it comes back togehter.
