back and running again

well went thru another motor. Found all the problems, big one is never had cams. Didnt think needed the extra power, but didnt know about all the heat the let out too.

Have now a 302 boss block stroked, built to a 5.5L. Full done balancing and blue printing. Full race heads and stage III custom grind cams, custom Diamond pistons. alot more goodies too

Second pull on dyno on pump gas was 806rwhp with 18* timing and 17lbs boost. We tuned it back to 15lbs boost and 15* timing and was 726 rwhp and 812 rwtq. Tuner said all that power with not much placed on motor I want to keep this one and thats great street power.

on the race tune with C116 first pull 875rwhp. I installed a E2boost controler and didnt hook up the shift light on it since I already have a big one. Aparently i needed to so the boost can be determined by the rev output. So will not bve able to go higher until that gets done, So thats work for later. Very happy with car and hope to keep this motor for a while.. Thanks to all those that gave needed input, this site is awesum for that.. matt

congrates, on the numbers that is insane, i'm sure a beast to drive, i hope this motor last for you.

are you running the D1sc headunit, i can't member, i know its Procharger and thought it was a D1sc, just wondering, if you are running those numbers with a D1sc that makes me feel good to know what mine can do if i really push it

are you having any belt slipage issues, i've been having it at the high rpms, sucks

twin 57 turbos, I believe all past issuse have been worked out and besides runninghot when a/c is on on a hot day, this car is finally now, how i have heard they are to run

those are some awsome numbers, it looks like you and my friend (big green) on here, have the same hobby, racing crotch rockects for fun lol

From 70 mph and up, usually can take them with out problem, but from standing still they got me hands down..

Going to first drag race this weekend, sinc motor back or the king of the street comp. gpnna see if Zi got my monies worth of that I suck as a driver..lol
