looking for some information on how to mount the shaker scoop to the hood

It doesn't mount to the hood.........

There have been a few who have mounted it to the hood. You may be able to find it in the search section

I believe that one of the guys on norcalsvtoa mounted his on the underside of the hood when he added an Eaton. May try there or SVTperformance.

i wanna do this because i dont own a mach i have a gt with this hood. the brackets are bulky and it would look alot cleaner under the hood with the shaker up on the hood. and when i switch intakes i dont know if i can even get the assembly to fit without mounting it to the hood

Actually it would look a lot better mounted above your 2v stuff. The top of a 2v motor looks horrible lol.
