if you plan on coming, please post up in this thread. I'd like to keep tally of how many will be here so that way I can assess the best day and time, and best GTG place for us (Bullitts are welcome too). Please post up number of people in your entourage and how many vehicles you will be driving here (vehicles for the meet, not hauling vehicles)

If anybody wants any recommendation on other places to stay close by, just let me know. I have other recommendations than their choices outside of the host hotel

PS - just saw on Mid America site, MRT is a sponsor, so maybe Scott will be there for those interested to meet him/get your Mach signed

how fast do the hotels get filled up?

Usually pretty darn fast. The host hotel is probably near booked already if not already. There are some other hotels nearby that you can stay at too. The other hotel on the Mid-America site is not as close as some you could stay at.

Hey there...a few of us Okie Bullitt guys are hopefully gonna' meet up before the cruise Thursday! Would be great to get the B's and Mach's together. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if anything comes up. Also, if you visit IMBOC there's a little thread in the Oklahoma section about what we decide on. Look forward to seeing all those Mach 1's!

Well, I got scheduled off on Thursday, so in the morn I'll be cleaning Bettie for the cruise. I'll be down for a pre-meet, meet at host hotel, then cruise......

Pre-meet where? What time? I almost just say us Tulsa guys say heck with the hotel meet and cruise and just head on up to Brookside early? What do y'all think? I'm hungry for some Weber's

Also still gotta get registered for the ballot show for Sun. Will do that on Wed

Gotta take Bettie into Ford this Fri for a leaky gasket/seal where the driveshaft goes into the tranny

and gonna get her coolant flushed and filled, and get the rear pinion seal checked, as well as some other general checks too......

Finally got my mods on and got a borrowed helmet for some T&T runs at TRP soon
