I have taken it and driven it..............more than a hundred miles now and NO...I have not nailed it. Honestly, I think its a dog at the moment in the absence of a tune and I don't want to f**k anything up. I do like that very suttle whine! Most shifts are less than 2500rpm!

I've hated this BBK since I've owned it even setup as N/A but they are so darned expensive I didn't want to give it away trying to sell it. Seems like it always had hanging throttles or creeping throttles when the clutch was depressed. Even the TPS was dialed in and it didn't make a difference. I tried every trick I read or heard about and it just didn't net satisfying results. On an N/A car, it did have crisper throttle response over stock. Todays throttle fiasco has made me want to throw it in the trash and think nothing of it but I'll try to recoupe some of my money when I get rid of it!!!!!!!! Perhaps then, I'll consider the single blade route....

If it were that easy, everyone on this board would have been all over it. Nope, none out there to buy off the shelf. I suppose the KBelle system might be like that but I honestly don't know. I believe there are easier ways to do it but it would require a different shaker bottom than came from the factory. I need to post some better pics............

Re: Photos of Whipple with Shaker
Sound? This thing rocks. I have the JBA midlength headers and they are pretty heavy walled and I don't get that cheesy resonance from the Mac longtubes I used to have. I then hated to do it but hacked up the catted MRT H for the collectors to the headers, spliced in a ceramic coated offroad pro chamber and my magnaflows have 50k miles on them. Changed the tips from 3 1/2 to 4 inch rolled and it sounds meaner than ..........well, you pick your favorite word and fill in the blank. It definitely speaks with authority now!!!!!!!
