I ordered the snub pulley from Lethal. My dyno date is 12 Sep at HPP in Lewisville, TX, I should have that pulley well before that date. Thanks to all of you for pointing that out.

I have taken it and driven it..............more than a hundred miles now and NO...I have not nailed it. Honestly, I think its a dog at the moment in the absence of a tune and I don't want to f**k anything up. I do like that very suttle whine! Most shifts are less than 2500rpm!

I haven't been on my azz...I've been working on my True 10.5 car. That thing is becoming as big of a money pit as the Mach. I think we'll have it running in the 5.70's in the next month or so which isn't bad for the elevation and air quality down here. Over the winter, I plan on replacing the nitrous motor with a Procharged SBF to shoot for low 5's. As for Maggie, I was told that they were finishing up fabricating the custom 8-rib setup and it would be 2-3 weeks...I'm not holding my breath on that. Hopefully it will be done soon. I'd like to come up for Ford vs Buick this year.

You've done a great job on your project!!!!

Kevin

NOPE...........its for a dual blade, not single and I didn't order it. It was used, less than 200 miles and I have less than 2k in this conversion........that includes everything AND an 07 Build date complete Cobra crate motor. It is a for real story that no one will believe except for my local Mach buddies who know how it went down. For that small amount of cash, a dual blade is just fine. I could swing for a different plenum for a single blade but I'll see how it goes with what I have at the moment. Thanks for the tip tho Scott!!!!!!!!!!

I've hated this BBK since I've owned it even setup as N/A but they are so darned expensive I didn't want to give it away trying to sell it. Seems like it always had hanging throttles or creeping throttles when the clutch was depressed. Even the TPS was dialed in and it didn't make a difference. I tried every trick I read or heard about and it just didn't net satisfying results. On an N/A car, it did have crisper throttle response over stock. Todays throttle fiasco has made me want to throw it in the trash and think nothing of it but I'll try to recoupe some of my money when I get rid of it!!!!!!!! Perhaps then, I'll consider the single blade route....

If it were that easy, everyone on this board would have been all over it. Nope, none out there to buy off the shelf. I suppose the KBelle system might be like that but I honestly don't know. I believe there are easier ways to do it but it would require a different shaker bottom than came from the factory.

I need to post some better pics............

Sound? This thing rocks. I have the JBA midlength headers and they are pretty heavy walled and I don't get that cheesy resonance from the Mac longtubes I used to have. I then hated to do it but hacked up the catted MRT H for the collectors to the headers, spliced in a ceramic coated offroad pro chamber and my magnaflows have 50k miles on them. Changed the tips from 3 1/2 to 4 inch rolled and it sounds meaner than ..........well, you pick your favorite word and fill in the blank. It definitely speaks with authority now!!!!!!!

So cutting it made me sick but if I ever went back stock............I can close up the cutout and put it back to normal.

How long did fitting the shaker take? About 3 days of continuous work. Glad you like it. Sorry for the crummy pics....
