BACK but, far from 100%

First off everyone i wanted to say thanks for ur comments and best wishes for my last post goin in for my long awaited surgery. And if it wasnt for my close personal friends ( Ralph and Dave) who saw what was left of my car this thread would probably turned out like the one on the SVT page.

Yes i agree with some of what they were saying that i made a stupid choice n got extremely lucky BUT, just about everyone that posts on here AND in the world has done something stupid. so for all the haters and people who thought i made this up for attention on SVT page and said because i dont have 62367363623 posts like them they say im full of it i could really care less what they think/say. im not pointing a finger at all of ya cuz there were a few that did wish me luck but mainly i got thrashed on cuz i didnt talk about some girl or racing a friends 11 second civic with a zo6 or sum crap.....so again i imagine this post will get blasted like the last one.

the reason i was rushed into surgery was with the exces bone growth it had entrapped the femral artery and siatic nerve and i was running the risk of losing my leg or being in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, and being 26 with a great 1 year old son i couldnt have that.... so really i didnt care the risks of the op and wanted it done.

anyways.....from my surgery if u wanna hear about it, i went in thursday mornin and had hip surgery to remove a calcium build up which greatly reduced my movement. before the op, my surgeon Dr. Hans Pape was hoping to get back 60 degrees on hip flexion.....after the op he was happy to state everything went better then planned and they were able to get slightly over 90 degrees. after the op i was shown pics of the chunks of bone material removed being held by one of the assistants and it was about the size of a 20oz pop bottle. nifty was all i could think of.

on saturday july 12th they had me up outta bed on a walker cuz im not allowed to have any weight on my right foot as the bone and incision heal up. now as far as everything goes im doin great and even with the 14 inch long incision down the front of my thigh i have a fraction of the pain i did before the op, so im very pleased about the entire thing. i now have 41 staples and should be getting them removed in 2 weeks. i was shipped out of presby tuesday july 15th and sent home via ambulance for the reason with the hip brace i now have to wear for a few months i can't move my hip at an angle greater than 55 degrees soooooo im pretty much reclined for a while.

as for taking time to post again if we got any haters on here its cuz im pretty much stuck to bed rest and if not in there i have to be in my new PIMPIN reclineable wheelchair....lol anyways im back n now i gots a long road of rehab ahead of me but this time.......its going to be a walk in the park compaired to what i went thru last time.......

thanks again everyone

and sorry for the grammar errors last time i was in the mist of packing, typing, and chasing my son while writing it, not to mention im a lil dumb and at the time had a hard time being moble.
