I did the slow speed (5-10 mph) and hit the break test.

Everything seemed fine. No clunk, no pop, no nothing.

I already had both lower control arms replaced by the dealer.

And about that second service message, I'm not sure if it's referring to the rack bolt sleeves. I had that fixed...

Today I called my dealer and the Tech Supervisor told me that there is a bulletin for the GT and V6, not for the Cobra/Mach.

Anyways he told me to take the car next...

I went with Silicone Lubricant but I still have the front end pop.

I believe it has something to do with the lower control arms and bushings.

Let's see what the dealer says about it.

I'm running Flowmasters Super 40 Series. Stock H-pipe with 2 cats removed. Sounds mean!

If you still hear the tick, next step is Cylinder Head replacement.

The problem are the valve guides.

Have you experienced a low idle or a dive to low rpms then slowly back to normal just like dmjasmith experienced??

Maybe the 1/4" hole was too small.
