Re: Tranny Advise
Now when I contacted D&D when my 3650 broke, they told me that there was no beefier parts available for the 3650, so I went and purchased a T56 from them. I have only had the trans for 10 months and...

Re: Spec Stage 2 clutch ?
Pedal pressure is stiffer than the stock but within a few days, if that, you will get used to it. It is kinda grabby but once again, you will get used to it. This is actually my second aftermarket...

Re: Your Opinion on SLP
IMO, the LM2 are smoother than the LM1 and much less quieter but after time, the LM2 will become loud. When I first switched to the LM2 from the LM1, it was pretty quiet. Now I cant make it quiet if...

Re: which C/C plates? and rear control arms?
IMO, and I have read somewhere, that the more parallel the lower control arms are to the ground, the better the traction. So I went with the HPM MegaBite Jrs. because they have the adjustability in...

Re: Good replacement clutch
I first went with a Centerforce dual friction with the stock flywheel at 17K miles because I fried my stock clutch. Well, 3K miles later, somehow I warped the disc in the centerforce so I switched to...

Re: What's the Difference?
The ceramic will not change colors. I had my headers on for a full summer of daily driving and not one discolor as you see on the Harley Davidson pipes. Even though you may not race your car that...

Re: what gear
I have 4.10's right now but i am thinking on going with 4.30's only because I am itching to hit 12's and on the crappy tracks that I had a chance to use thus far, I only need 1 tenth and I know that...

Re: lm2's installed
Like stated above, they will not be like the LM1 but they will get real loud. When I first switched from the LM1 to the LM2, I thought the same exact thing, "what did I do this for?!" Way too quiet...

Re: t-56 = no reverse lights...HELP
My T56 male plug shown above would not work with the stock female plug. So I just switched the 2 male plugs from the trannys and it worked like a charm.

Re: header dilema
I am not sure. I think that the 99-04 4V has the same ports. As far as I know, the link I gave you above is their H pipe because their X pipe is shaped like the SLP X.

I have seen a few clips of a 03/04 cobra with Bassani headers, Bassani catted X and Borla stinger cat-back, real nice sounding setup.

Re: My car sounds horrible help!
IMO, switch the cat-back to a non-chambered type muffler. IMO on a 4V stang, o/r X and chambered mufflers dont sound that great. I would get the SLP loudmouth2 cat-back and throw on some Bassani...

Re: After 40,000 miles with the T56......
I highly recommend a SPEC clutch with matching flywheel. For me, it is the only one that has help up. I burned my stock at 17000 miles so I got a centerforce dual friction and had to replace that one...

Re: 3650 tranny
IMO, its not worth it. I took mine in to get my 3rd gear syncro replaced and they found a couple of other things wrong with it and total cost was going to be about 1500, over 1000 of that was just...

Re: Mach's new exhasut
I didnt realize that porting the intake really helps that much, especially with torque. I have 310HP/326TQ with my setup. You should do it to your Cobra, it makes the car sound...unique. I have never...
