Re: Insert Your Exhaust Sound Clips Here

Just got some BBK ceramic longtubes with catted h-pipe installed thanks to gear heads performance in Arlington, TX. I still can't get over how beastly this car sounds now.

Headers: BBK ceramic longtubes
Midpipe: BBK shorty catted h-pipe
Catback: SSS adrenaline catback

Re: Insert Your Exhaust Sound Clips Here

Finally got out and recorded my setup, Magnapacks (just mufflers) with O/R H-pipe with stock tailpipes and tips, auto trans. A couple slow revs at first and then a couple hard revs. First takeoff is at half throttle and second takeoff is at full from 0-70ish, ran out of room so had to let off. You may have to skip through a little in the middle from where i have to turn around, couldnt open the video in movie maker for some reason. Launching could be better but my tires suck and either the traction control was permanently turned off by the old owner or switch is broken, so anything over 1/2 throttle sitting still and the tires do alot more than just chirp (which is a good thing, haha).

Is it just me or do exhaust set ups sound alot different when your hearing/watching it from the outside car, drive bys etc.

Not sure if I like the Magnapack set up I got now, but every YouTube video I watch with something similar I think sound pretty good.
