stupid question guys, but i almost bought those exact gears the other day while i was on the sight getting a new clutch and flywheel. me being an idiot thought id spend the 170 bucks or whatever and just have my guy throw them in, no big deal. but he said that you have to have a rebuild kit after you take the rear end apart and install the gears and the kit was like 150 and everything. so my question is how hard is it really to do the swap? cause i REALLY REALLY want to. my car already has now the new stage one clutch and light weight flywheel, BBK headers, magnaflow exhaust with X pipe, JLT cold/ram air intake, chipped and tuned and put in a steeda tri ax short throw. 4 10s would just be the icing on my cake. thanks for reading my rant, any help would be nice. Thanks guys

You need a rebuild kit if you dont have spare bearings and shims laying around to set up your pinion depth and gear lash the install kit is usualy the cheapest option ps you really should be asking install questions in the drivetrain section not classifieds

i know, i was lookin for some 4:10s with everything i needed. figured id ask. thanks though, helped a lot. now i know he's not just screwin me over
