This is the prototype DeTomaso Mangusta originally owned by former Ford designer and former Ford V-P, the late Eugene "Gene" Bordinat. IT was purchased recently by a local collector.

Yes, this was Bordinate's Mangusta and I bought it in August 2006. Tom Tjjarda helped me and convinced me to go after these fine car art. That day I drove the Mangusta and my wife drove our Espada out to the club races. The site of these two rare and beautiful cars screaming down the Louisiana hyways was too much for most drivers.
