This si teh optional spinners. They are a two piece design made out of solid billet aluminum, not a cheap plast thing. The spinner is attached to the wheel via a threaded spindle mount that go through the rear of the wheel through the cap hole and then the spinner is screwed on. Notice that the spinners are highly polished.
