Re: My Car has been delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can wait that long? I would be at the dealers before the salesman had a chance to hang up the phone. BTW, the best of luck with it! I am so glad that someone finally got one. In hindsight, we should have ran a pool. Everyone chips in $10, and the person who got theirs delivered first, would win the pool. |

Pool
I think the person who gets theirs LAST should get the money. The person who gets their's first has already won, no?

Yeah, which one? I'm in Dayton and my yellow baby is being built as we speak! Delivery is scheduled for Dec. 2. It's coming to Planet Ford, who by the way decided NOT to accept my X-plan once they got at delivery date on the car! I'll have to remember to order my next one from a different dealer. CONGRATS!!!!! First one in the area!

Made a new topic for the pics.
I got the car at Charlie Watson Ford in Lebanon. I asked questions about other cars being delivered, they don't know anything. They assume it can be at any time. Thanks, and I hope others get their's asap! |

be under the x-plan. If the Mach 1 is still sitting in Ford's computer as an x-plan order, the car will come through with your name and that it is an x-plan car, printed right on the window sticker. When it comes in, check. If it on the sticker as being an x-plan car for you, point it out to the dealer! |

I doubt they ever had it under the X plan. They know
I can't just run to a different dealer and pick up another one. Thanks for the ideas though.

That's pretty nice dude...you're lucky. It makes me mad though...those a$$holes, they told me we should have it before thanksgiving...all of the sudden he calls yesterday, gives me a VIN, and said according to schedule it should be built December 9. Now all these people are getting theres and I'm still waiting....

cobrajg,
I would love to meet up with you this weekend (I am in Cincinnati) to hear it, touch it (appropriately, of course), and smell the exhaust and new car smell. Would you be open to that? Also, I would be willing to grab a digital camera, get some good pictures and upload them somewhere on the Internet. If I see it, I think I will go over the edge and make the order!! At any rate, let's talk!!

I beginning to think it must be top secret. I've asked cobrajg at least 3 times and he's ignoring me.

C&D was given a pre-production mach off the production line and it too had an aluminum block. They all have aluminum blocks.
They were given the cars specs and still messed it up. C&D is run by stupid people. Last edited by 1BADMACH; 11-22-2002 at 10:11 PM. |

Fullthrottle,
I was talking about C&D being stupid for having the car, the specs and saying it was an iron block!! Not your question. |
