Curious, do you do custom machine work? If so, what are your capabilities in material and size limits? Asking because at times I have prototypes milled for work where 3d printing is not sturdy enough.

Yes I do, but with aluminum only in my home shop machines. I have a HAAS TM-1P vertical mill. travel is X30" Y12" Z16". I also have a Tormach vertical mill PCNC 1100 with smaller travel on X,Y the Z is the same. I was a machinist for 21 yrs at NASA, manufacturing prototype/research hardware using a lot of super alloys, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass . Let me know what you had in mind. I'm also registered with Dun & Bradstreet.
